Exchange or Refund
Sorry to say this but we have a no refund and exchange policy. Please bear this in mind while placing an order.

If the customer receives the wrong books then it will be replaced with 3 days by Shah Homeopathic, free of cost. In this exceptional case, a return request with us can be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Return requests raised with us after 3 days of delivery will NOT be accepted and request declined without reply.

Cancelled my order
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

When will be order Shipped
We try our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible. All order will be getting delivered within 5 - 7 days after placing the order.

If book damaged
If books are damaged during transit, we take up the responsibility of exchanging it. You are required to provide video recording or photos of packaging. Unboxing video also must be mandatory to claim a return.
